In case of a dispute between the company and players, each issue will be dealt with within the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions of the exclusive jurisdiction of the venue, which Crickex determines in its sole discretion.
Terms and conditions
Nothing restricts Crickex from applying to the courts of any jurisdiction to protect its rights under the laws of the chosen jurisdiction.
Cancellation, Termination, Suspension, and Violation
As a matter of policy, the company does not have the right to terminate or cancel players’ accounts at any time unless there is a legal basis to do so. Another mandatory factor in this action is the prior notification of the user. One of the factors when the company may suspend an account, and void all bets placed and unplaced, is simply due to a technological failure of the website. Players can also terminate their accounts on our site at any time.
Matters beyond our reasonable control
Being a participant and guarantor of various laws and regulations in the declared jurisdictions, our company does not accept any responsibility for damages and losses that were caused by natural disasters; power outages; inaction, or vice versa actions of any authority; problems in the operation of telecommunications services; as well as related to any issues caused by the work of third parties that are not dependent on us. If such a situation occurs, the company may unilaterally suspend or completely stop our services without any liability.
